07.1 / Cast-in-place concrete
Cast-in-place concrete construction
We carry out cast-in-place concrete work for residential, commercial and industrial facilities: from the foundation and underground part to the finished reinforced concrete frame.
Engineering Contractor
Cast-in-place concrete works as a controlled production cycle
UMR is included in the project with certain boundaries of responsibility. Before mobilization, we study QoL and CR, check the volumes, components and manufacturability of solutions. Then we divide the object into sections, determine cycles, formwork turnover, team composition, the need for concrete, reinforcement and equipment.
At the site we connect production, technical support, geodesy, laboratory control, supply and as-built documentation. This approach is needed not only to maintain the geometry of the structures, but also to maintain the agreed pace of cast-in-place concrete construction.
Foundations
Raft slabs, grillages, strip and pad foundations, including cast-in-place concrete interface nodes.
Substructure
Walls, columns, technical rooms, floors and reinforced concrete contours below the zero level.
Superstructure
Columns, pylons, walls, stiffeners, beams, floor slabs and flights of stairs.
Handover
Finished structures in design geometry and a set of as-built documentation for the accepted volume.
Project formats
Where is cast-in-place concrete construction used?
Residential complexes
Underground levels, stylobates, sections and repeating floors. The production model takes into account the different complexity of the lower and standard parts of the building.
Commercial buildings
Office, hotel and mixed-use facilities with large spans, stiffening cores and dense engineering areas.
Industrial facilities
Equipment foundations, cast-in-place concrete walls, platforms and structures built to specified tolerances and pour sequences.
Private houses
The foundation and supporting cast-in-place structural shell of a house with free layouts, large openings and cantilevered volumes.
Execution sequence
How cast-in-place concrete work is organized
- Getting documentationQOL/CR, volume sheet, facility address and target schedule.
- Checking the projectWe clarify components, technological risks, openings, mortgages and work boundaries.
- Planning productionWe form PPR, captures, cycles, resources, logistics and control points.
- Let's mobilize the siteWe bring out the production staff, technical equipment, geodesy and equipment.
- We carry out constructionsFormwork, reinforcement, acceptance of hidden work, concreting and maintenance of concrete.
- Transmitting the resultWe check the geometry and complete the as-built documentation.
Project estimate
Cost of cast-in-place concrete works
The universal price per cubic meter or square meter does not indicate the real cost of production. The calculation is influenced by reinforcement, complexity of geometry, height and repeatability of structures, number of formwork rearrangements, method of concrete supply, season, tightness of the site and scheduling requirements.
For a substantive assessment, please send design documentation and a bill of quantities. We will determine the scope of work, production scheme and data that need to be clarified before agreeing on commercial terms.
Frequently asked questions
About cast-in-place concrete construction
What determines the cost of cast-in-place concrete work?
From the volume of concrete and reinforcement, structural geometry, height, number of formwork cycles, site conditions, schedule and boundaries of responsibility. The calculation is carried out according to the design documentation and bill of quantities.
What documents are needed to evaluate a project?
For the initial assessment, you need sections of QOL or QR, a statement of volumes, the address of the facility, the planned time frame and the expected boundaries of the work.
What is included in a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame?
The composition depends on the project and may include a foundation slab, grillages, walls, columns, pylons, stiffeners, beams, floor slabs, stairs and other load-bearing structures.
Service area
Cast-in-place concrete works in Moscow and the Moscow Region
We consider projects of residential, commercial and industrial facilities in Moscow and the cities of the Moscow Region. The central office and warehouse base of UMR are located in the Ramensky municipal district. Before making calculations, we take into account access to the site, logistics of formwork and reinforcement, production mode and the requirements of the general contractor.
